Our training is not just an internship; it's a unique experience. You'll not only master new diving techniques and skills but also become an integral part of our Koh Tao diving family!
Throughout your training, you'll learn how a dive shop operates, how to take care of customers, and assist in dive courses. Along the way you will become an expert both above and below the surface able to accurately advise customers on everything from dive equipment to lowering their environmental impact on the ocean.
Practical workshops will help you perfect your skills, whether it's creating underwater maps, planning dives, or teaching fundamental skills to less experienced divers.
Beyond diving, you will have the opportunity to pursue all of your interests in our tropical paradise. At the dive sho we have regular events, parties and conservation initiatives to fill all your down time.
If you are interested in sticking around, we have a policy of only hiring in-house and once certified offer you the opportunity to gain your first real experience working as a dive professional. Our program guarantees lifelong memories and the opportunity to begin your career.

On Koh Tao ee have a wide range of experienced dive professionals and instructors that you will learn from. You'll have the chance to learn from skilled mentors and gain insight from their knowledge and expertise. Koh Tao offers a laid-back island lifestyle with beautiful beaches, a range of accommodations, and plenty of entertainment options. It's not just a place to dive; it's a tropical paradise to enjoy during your free time.
We provide you with all general equipment for your training. However, for your Divemaster Training which is the first professional level in your career, you need some own equipment such as Mask and snorkel Surface marker buoy Cutting device Dive computer Underwater compass If you need any help or advice regarding your dive equipment, please don't hesitate to ask us, we are happy to assist you!
We have plenty of long term accommodation on Koh Tao, the price range goes from about 10.000 - 16.000 thb per month. We will assist you to find something suitable once you are here!
